While he specialises in organisations, data, and artificial intelligence—often in roles that involve building systems and leading technical teams—his work keeps leading him back to philosophy.
In his spare time, he enjoys writing and photography.
Matthias works as an architect and advisor, with hands-on experience building and leading data capability in the public sector.
He specialises in de-risking large transformation programs before they begin, diagnosing misalignment in existing structures, and accelerating the build-up of data and AI capability.
